At Nuaa Collective, we believe every woman deserves to feel strong, confident and supported through every stage of life.
Founded by Cathy, Nuaa is rooted in Pilates and shaped by her physiotherapy-informed understanding of the body, with a focus on women’s and pelvic health.
Her approach considers how the body moves, adapts, and recovers—building strength progressively and supporting the body through change.
Nuaa Collective supports women through key stages of their journey, and the transitions in between, with movement that is thoughtful, effective, and designed to evolve with you.

Experience your first physio-led Pilates class for just £10 with our Discovery Class.
Whether you're new to Pilates or simply new to Nuaa, our Discovery Class is the perfect opportunity to experience a class, meet our welcoming community and find the class that's right for you.
If you decide to join one of our courses, your £10 Discovery Class fee will be credited towards your first course booking.
