Nuaa Collective

Nuaa Collective is a physio-led Pilates class designed to help women build strength, support core and pelvic health, and move with more confidence.

Blending rehab principles with progressive Pilates, it’s Nuaa’s signature class for all women — whether you’re returning to exercise, managing symptoms, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more connected to your body.

Future blocks will be offered at the standard class rate.

Do I need previous Pilates experience?

No — this class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Exercises can be adapted to suit your individual needs.

Is this class suitable if I’m returning to exercise?

Absolutely. Many women join after a break, injury, or life changes. The class is designed to help you rebuild strength at your own pace.


What should I bring to class?

Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and a mat. Some women find having a flat cushion or towel helpful for added comfort during certain exercises.


What if I have pelvic floor symptoms (e.g. leaking or heaviness)?

This class is designed to support pelvic health. As a Women’s Health Physiotherapist, I can guide modifications to help you move safely and confidently.


What happens if I can’t make a class?

I understand that life can be busy and unexpected things come up. Your class place is reserved exclusively for you throughout the block, so unfortunately missed sessions cannot usually be refunded or carried forward. If you have any concerns or exceptional circumstances, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss it.
