Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and a mat. Some women find having a flat cushion or towel helpful for added comfort during certain exercises.
For post natal classes, bring a small blanket or towel for baby to lie on, along with anything they may need to feel settled during class (such as feeds, nappies, or comfort items).

I understand that life can be busy and unexpected things come up. Your class place is reserved exclusively for you throughout the block, so unfortunately missed sessions cannot usually be refunded or carried forward. If you have any concerns or exceptional circumstances, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss it.

Yes! Classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners. Exercises can be adapted to suit your individual needs.

In many cases, yes! As a Chartered Physiotherapist, I can offer modifications to accommodate a range of injuries and health conditions. If you're unsure whether a class is suitable for you, please get in touch before booking.

If spaces remain available, clients may join after the start date at a pro-rated rate based on the number of classes remaining.

Yes. If you're new to Nuaa, you can arrange a £10 Discovery Class before committing to one of our courses.
If you decide to join a course afterwards, we'll credit your £10 Discovery Class fee towards your first course booking.
Discovery Classes are available for new clients and can be arranged subject to availability.

Yes. All clients are asked to complete a health questionnaire before starting. This helps me understand any relevant medical history, symptoms, injuries, or concerns so I can ensure the class is appropriate and provide any necessary modifications.
