NUAA Collective — Booking & Course Terms
Last updated: September 2026
These Booking & Course Terms apply to classes, courses and Discovery Classes provided by Nuaa Collective (“Nuaa”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings and payment
Places are confirmed once booking and payment have been completed through our booking system.
Most Nuaa classes are offered as courses and are designed to be attended regularly throughout the course period. Course fees are payable at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Where a client joins a course after it has started, the price will be adjusted to reflect the number of sessions remaining. The price shown at the time of booking is the price payable.
2. Discovery Classes
New clients may be offered a Discovery Class for £10, subject to availability and eligibility.
A Discovery Class allows you to attend an eligible Nuaa class before deciding whether you would like to join the remainder of the course.
If you decide to join the remainder of the course following your Discovery Class, the £10 Discovery Class fee will be deducted from the amount otherwise payable for the remaining course sessions.
The Discovery offer is intended for new clients and may normally be used once per person.
3. Missed classes
Course bookings reserve your place for the duration of the course. If you are unable to attend a session, the missed class is not normally refundable.
Where space is available, Nuaa may allow you to make up a missed session in another appropriate NUAA class within the same course block. Make-up sessions are offered at our discretion, are subject to availability and suitability, and cannot be guaranteed.
Unused or missed sessions cannot normally be carried forward to a future course.
4. Cancellations and refunds
If you wish to cancel a course booking, please contact Nuaa as soon as possible.
Because courses reserve a limited place within a small-group class and relate to scheduled leisure activities on specified dates, cancellation and refund rights may differ from those applying to some other online purchases. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have.
Once a course has begun, course fees are normally non-refundable except where Nuaa agrees otherwise or where required by law.
We will always consider exceptional circumstances individually and aim to deal with them fairly.
5. Changes or cancellations by NUAA
Occasionally it may be necessary to change an instructor, venue, class time or other class arrangements.
If Nuaa has to cancel a session, we will aim to offer a replacement session or other appropriate alternative. If this is not reasonably possible, we will provide an appropriate credit or refund for the affected session.
If an entire course has to be cancelled by Nuaa, clients will be refunded for sessions that have not taken place.
6. Minimum numbers
Classes may be subject to minimum participant numbers. If a class or course cannot reasonably run because minimum numbers have not been reached, we reserve the right to cancel or amend it. Where Nuaa cancels a booking for this reason, an appropriate alternative, credit or refund will be offered.
7. Health and participation
Before participating, clients are required to provide relevant health information and accept the Nuaa Participation Waiver.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and for informing your instructor of relevant changes to your health, pregnancy status, injuries or medical conditions.
Nuaa classes are designed to support health, movement and wellbeing but do not replace individual medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
If you have concerns about whether exercise is appropriate for you, you should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
8. Pregnancy and postnatal participation
Please tell Nuaa if you are pregnant, have recently given birth or experience a relevant change in your health circumstances.
Certain exercises may need to be adapted, and in some circumstances we may recommend that you obtain individual medical or physiotherapy advice before participating.
9. During class
Please work within your own capabilities and follow the guidance provided by your instructor.
You should stop exercising and tell your instructor if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, feel unwell or have any other concerning symptoms.
10. Personal belongings
Clients remain responsible for their own belongings while attending Nuaa classes. Nuaa cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. Liability
Nuaa will take reasonable care in providing its classes and services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Personal information
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Nuaa Collective Privacy Policy.
Health information provided for the purposes of screening and safe participation is treated as sensitive information and handled accordingly.
